Chief Ignace Chapter

Chief Ignace Chapter was organized February 15, 1917, at Kalispell, by Susie Johnson, Organizing Regent. This chapter was named in honor of three Christian Iroquois named Ignace. Two State Regents were from Chief Ignace Chapter. Organized during WWI, the chapter was active in many war efforts. This activity continued through WWII as well. They received recognition from the Red Cross. They are active in contributing genealogical records to National. They are one of several chapters who clean a two-mile stretch of highway east of West Glacier. For membership information please contact the Chapter Regent.
